The thermal rearrangements of hydrazones A yielded 3′‐aminospiro‐quinazolinones B. When A or B was reacted repeatedly with cyclohexanone or <jats:italic>N</jats:italic>‐benzylpiperidin‐4‐one, spiroquinazoline‐hydrazones C were formed.
